Exchange Only Policy:
Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours from receipt receiving the order.
Conditions for Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges must be approved by our customer care team.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or Store Credits accordingly.
